EK mountainbike marathon - Wout Alleman eindigt als elfde in Casella

De Italianen Andrea Siffredi (op 2:34) en Gioele De Cosmo (op 3:28) vervolledigden het podium. Alleman, Europees kampioen in 2023, eindigde op 6:51 van de winnaar. De Duitse titelverdediger Lukas Baum werd pas 53e. De tweede Belgische deelnemer, Simon Denooz, werd 98e en allerlaatste.

In de vrouwenrace, waar landgenoten aan deelnamen, zegevierde de Duitse Adelheid Morath.
